Firmware for IR8095

I have the sst program but for the life of me i cannot find the firmware for this unit.

i found a 8500 version but not 8095.

also the touch screen take a long time to react, for some strange reason i thought it was the cover touching it but i replaced it still does it.
also scanning takes a long time on this machine to scan 30 pages it took 3 minutes, while on another machine it took 30 secs to scan 30 pages, both have the same setting for scanning.

i did a hdd clear but it didnt help, im going to try a new hard drive but i cannot find the firmware.
