    Constant 0101 jams on a IR-Adv 400i

I inherited this machine from another engineer, so far the following has been changed in this order:

    Feed/pickup rollers
    Feed/pickup assembly
    Pre-registation assembly

Machine jams every time, code 0101, doesnt seem to reach pre-reg assy. Paper seems to fold up as it comes through the pickup/feed rollers.

See attached picture. Any help appreciated as i've had this call open for over a week now.

Look at the edge of the sheet, seems like marks where the paper catches. Just find the place there where those marks line up and check it out.
The paper is getting pinched in the path there i guess.
    Whatever

I was about to post the same. Can you change paper size in that drawer or try another? Do manual test with one paper sheet and see if you can feel where it catches.

    Thanks.
The guide as the paper comes out of the feed unit that is spring loaded FM4-6574 has given me issues. I had one with a 0107 jam every day and a few 0101 jams that was the fuser. I finally put in that part for the guide and first copy out jammed right at the fuser flag. I could run it for a 100 copies and no jams but the history showed a lot of 0107 and a couple 0101. Fuser only had 58% so I thought it was something else for a while.

I have a constant jam 0107 on 400i. The paper loads and then stops. Serve mode indicates a delay jam and sensor 19. I need help on this please. I am in a remote area with no technician available. Thank you

There are 2 black stoppers applying pressure to the reg roller that break and you lose the pressure. Also check that spring loaded flap mentioned above as the paper comes out of pfu.
