Canon iRc2230 - printing black pages

The copier has ID's they used to print, but when ever they input their ID and go to print it spits out a blank page first? The call is about 75 miles away need to see if anyone else has seen this issue before I go.

So only the first page prints black? Is it totally black or just a black background?

Ah ok, could be simply machine is multisheet feeding.

Before you go ask the customer if its happening on all paper trays.
