Canon irc 2880 not work

Hello, all forum Members, I am new here and this is my first post. I have an irc 2880, yesterday before I left the office I turned it off. Today, after switching on, it power on to 3/4 loading bar. After that I remember that there was a Canon logo and Wait wrote, it is not there. I cant hear the disk is work. All PCBs removed and cleaned. i dont have No idea. Will you help me?I apologize for my English but I have not used it for a long time.

I am guessing maybe a hard disk problem. New hard drive and reload the software.

Always use control panel procedure to shut down these it's, never just flip off switch.

If you have a Fiery Server connected, unconnected from printer, now power back printer, if u get ready, shut down printer using control panel procedure.

Now reconnect Fiery, & start up printer.
If no Fiery,
Then try a defrag, power off printer, now hold down 1&9 key, while holding down, power up printer, I will see white blocks dropping on screen, see if it completes process.

hi..

yip re do firmware.but overwrite firmware dont just do firmware.

put firmware on a usb stick and do it that way.its easier.

when on the suppport tool on screen select 3 overwrite all
