    ir c255i

in this machine i put 2 ITB units and they go out very quickly as the belt doesnt clean and backs up not putting waste toner in the wasted toner container.
Ive checked the chute between ITB and waste toner and its not blocked.
I have checked the shutters on waste toner and ITB shutter when its inserted and both open and close when they should.
The ITB is driving and both gears are intact and behind the white cover.
the cleaning screw of the black drum damaged the drum because the toner dont go out.
i´m thinking in the motor m02 that are responsible for the move of the two screw.
    i´m open to suggests
    thanks

My C250/350's seem to do this if they print on check paper. Try itb-tmg from 0 to 1 or higher. On the one I did this I have not been back to. It sets it to clean the belt more. They were billable and my company charges 0ver $500 for the belt.

    1) When replacing the ITB unit, execute counter clear from the following Service Mode.
    COPIER > COUNTER > DRBL-1 > TR-BLT > “OK”
    2) Change the value in Service Mode as below.
    Increase the width of the band: SERVICE MODE > LEVEL2 > COPIER > OPTION > CLEANING > DR-CL-L >
    change to “40”.
Turn on the band frequency control: SERVICE MODE > LEVEL2 > COPIER > OPTION > CLEANING > DRCL-
    T > Change “-3”.
    3) From User Mode, execute “Main unit cleaning”.
    User Mode Settings/Registration > Adjustment/Maintenance > Maintenance > Clean Inside Main Unit >
    “Start”

Updating the firmware resolved the problem ? Do you think is it a hardware issue or a software issue ? Any suggestions
