Misaligned output on irc3220 & paper jams

Aren't mergers just grand. Our Canons used to be leased on maintenance contract. Now they are owned devices and I have inherited for what I hope is the short term. Work on HP's but don't know squat about Canons. We have changed paper manufacturer from Officemax to Hammermill and are now experiencing paperjams and/ or misaligned output at the finisher.

I have tried changing the orientation of the loading of the paper in the trays but this did not help.

Any suggestions of adjustments or settings that can be made to alleviate this?

Got into the Service Menu and found the Copier\ Jams and it displays 7 columns. What is the column needed?
