Jamming and freezing in IR3245N

Hi all,
I have problem in IR 3245N jamming when using only duplex unit in code ps9, when removing the jammed paper, jamming not cleared and still shows jamming, but I noticed while jamming in duplex the the touch screen freeze. then turn machine off and on, try to copy duplex and do the same problem.

what is your opinion

I would start with upgrading.(D-CON)
you can swap PS9 sensor with the same one from somewhere else to eliminate.

It may just need a touch screen in the control panel and not have anything to do with the jamming. If you can talk customer into using Letter R that model duplexes better. Make sure you have the grey transport rollers and door mod kit. I have replaced the 2/3 delivery unit on a couple and check the solenoid on the door duplex side. Also take the pads off on the flapper on the door and check if registration sensor sticks, you have to remove the pad if it does.

You need to update the system software completely. If the software is very old it could be the buggy version. If its still very old it could need an overwrite. Install new cassette feed rollers.
