irc 1028 i error 0015 intermittently

AN irc 1028i appears the error 0015 when prints 4 o 5 times in bk mode and when error appear only print a piece of the sheet the rest is white

does everybody know the problem?

I had this error last week. This helped

HI, THE problem was what the two solenoids were sticky,
repair or replace the solenoids solves the problem
