Replace end-of-life IRCA2220/2020 with C3500 II ?

A customer has a IRCA2220 and IRCA2020 that are 5/6 years old and + 400K copíes and wants to replace them. Our sales dep. say they can offer 2 C3500-II printers.
Is the C3500 a bit alike the other IRAC printers / Like, do they have the same Service Mode etc ?

I worked on IRAC22xx and 20x series, as wel as IRCA50xx and 52xx, should I be able to service the C3500-II with that knowledge + a Servicemanual ?
(if someone has the manual for me to study, it would be great )

the ir ADV C2020 is a Generation 1 device, the iR ADV C2220 a Generation 2 and the ir ADV C35XX a Generation 3.

The service mode has not changed, but adapts to the functions of the generations. This means that the newer models have more adjustment Options.

Most of the settings of gen. 1 and 2 are also contained in gen. 3. But as has already happened, settings have disappeared or been renamed.

Ok, sales will offer 2 new IRC ADV C3520 to the customer. Brand new from canon NL, so I asume it will be the 3rd generation.

Dumb enough, canon sales can not give us the partno's of the Drums, and thus we cannot make a full service offer yet.

can someone please help us in getting me a parts manual, or at least the partno's for the durables like Black drum, Color drum and if possible the Fuser / ITB ?
