Canon IR8295 Touch Screen Image Upside Down

We recently received a ir8295 and when we powered it up the touchscreen image is upside down but the touch sensitive areas are correct. Any suggestions? I have not run across this before.

I was able to figure this out myself but thought info might be helpful to someone else. There are two cables that you connect when installing the display to the arm. There is also a ribbon cable that is part of the display assembly that connects onto the display circuit board. Apparently if this ribbon cable becomes loose, even if it looks like it is seated, it can cause this weird upside down touchscreen image. I fully disconnected the ribbon cable and reconnected it and the problem was solved.
