Canon ir 2520 shows 'waiting to print'.

Hi, i am asheque mahmud lives in bangladesh. And i am a photocopier machine technician.I am also new member of this forum. Today i've got a new problem. The problem is Canon ir 2520 shows Continuously 'waiting to print'.Firstly i clean the developing unit,toner hopper and install with a new toner. But there is no improve. Now how can i solve this problem, please can anybody help me???
