Unhappy Need help with IPF8300 error 2F48

Hi, I just installed 2 new printheads in my IPF8300 and once I try to do a nozzle check or to print something I end with error 2F48.
According to my research I found the printheads can be defective but both of them are new.
I managed to get PRINT INF with L Printer Service Tool and I see something strange:

there are no values for heads just some **** , Any Idea what that could mean? Can be from CR PCB or HEAD PCB ?
Beside these I have Multi Sensor error but I think is irrelevant for 2F48 error.

Reading this post IPF8300 Hardware Error 2F48 and knowing that my multisensor does not work makes me think it's CR PCB, but I want to be sure it's this and not something else prior to replace.

Re: Need help with IPF8300 error 2F48

    Error Codes 2618/2F44/2F48/2F49/2F50/2F51/2F52

Workflow procedure to resolve the error codes mentioned above on the following imagePROGRAF models:
    iPF6300/6300S/6350/8300/8300S

    Tech Tips:
To enter Service Mode; press LOAD & NAVIGATE while powering ON.
To enter Download Mode; press STOP & NAVIGATE while powering ON.

    PROCEDURE FOR THE IPF8300 and IPF8300S;

    1. Remove side and top covers and defeat top cover interlock switch. This allows for examination of
ink flow to print heads in step #7.
    2. Turn printer ON in Download Mode and upgrade firmware.
    3. Turn the printer OFF, remove both print heads and discard them away from the customer’s premises,
they MUST NOT be reused. DO NOT INSTALL NEW PRINT HEADS YET.
    4. Replace the Carriage Relay PCB.
    5. Turn the printer ON in Service Mode without the new print heads installed. When the display
indicates ready, turn printer OFF. (Entering Service Mode will automatically clear any related errors.)
    6. Reboot the printer in user mode. When the carriage moves out to the center of the platen, Now
install the new Print Heads and allow the printer to go through ink filling. Observe and check that
each ink line is being filled, else stop the printer and troubleshoot the inkflow problem with the
    syringe kit.
    7. When printer is operational, re-install all covers and remove cover interlock switch cheats.
    NOTE:
If the error code or error message still appears after this procedure has been followed, the Main
Controller PCB should be replaced next.
    • Turn off the printer when prompted and remove Print Heads.
    • Turn the printer ON in Service Mode without the new print heads installed. When the display
indicates ready, turn printer OFF. (Entering Service Mode will automatically clear any related errors.)

    • Reboot the printer in user mode. When the carriage moves out to the center of the platen, Now install the new Print Heads and allow the printer to go through ink filling.
    • Check that the ink lines are being filled, else stop the printer and troubleshoot the inkflow problem with the syringe kit.
    • Check and ensure the firmware is at the latest version, if not, update it.
    • When the printer is operational, re-install all covers and re-enable the top cover interlock switch.

    ================================================== ================================================== =============
    PROCEDURE FOR THE IPF6300, IPF6300S and IPF6350;
    1. Remove the roll feed unit, right and left side covers and defeat the top cover interlock switch to provide access to the Print Head and Main Controller PCB. This allows for examination of ink flow
to the Print Heads in step #8.
    2. Turn the printer OFF, remove both print heads and discard them away from the customer’s premises,
they MUST NOT be reused. DO NOT INSTALL NEW PRINT HEADS YET.
    3. Inspect the ink cartridges and confirm Genuine Canon ink cartridges are installed. This should be
inspected and confirmed on any service call.
    4. Replace the Main Controller PCB.
    5. Turn printer ON in Service Mode; you should be in “Board Replacement Mode” now. Select CPU as being replaced.
    6. Turn off the printer when prompted.
    7. Turn the printer ON in Service Mode without the new print heads installed yet. When the display
indicates ready, turn printer OFF. (Entering Service Mode will automatically clear any related
    errors.)
    8. Reboot the printer in user mode. When the carriage moves out to the center of the platen, Now
install the new Print Heads and allow the printer to go through ink filling. Check that the ink lines
are being filled, else stop the printer and troubleshoot the inkflow problem with the syringe kit.
    9. Replace all covers and remove interlock cheats. Check and ensure firmware is of the latest version, if
    not, update firmware.
Note: If the error or message still appears after this procedure has been followed, then the power supply should be replaced next.
Note: Once the printer completes the ink filling operation, it should be tested for image quality to ensure
    all errors have been resolved.

    Thanks for you time,

Another error 2F30 is thowed when I go to SERVICE MODE > ADJUST > NOZZLE CHK POS, what do you think?
That's another hint that is sure Carriage Relay PCB?
Under no circumstances can no longer use the old heads?
What do you think about the multisensor? Should I replace it with Carriage Relay PCB or the old one will work?

    I also tried ADJUST> PRINT PATTERN> NOZZLE 1 and again I get 2F48 instantly.

Do you have any special instructions on how to replace Carriage Relay PCB? or just service manual will be enough?
