Canon Adv C5045 Network Connection Error after Fiery Reboot

My Coworkers rebooted the external Fiery on our Canon C5045 and now we are getting "Check Network Connection" error.

    IT has replaced all cables.

We are unable to see ANY ipv4 settings in the Preferences>Network>TCP/IPv4 settings.

We are unable to print out a configuration page because it wants a password and we do not know it.

In Service mode under Network>Test mode we attempted to ping a server and nothing happened.

Can anyone assist with any of these issues? We are thinking perhaps the network interface card (if there is one) has gone bad?

    Please help!

    Thank you.

Your network settings will not be on the device, but rather the print server. Default password is Fiery.1, case sensitive. Print a config page, network settings will be found there.

If you can print a config page, then the fiery and the device are functioning together, try checking the LAN cable going into the server.

Thank you. No we cannot print a config page. All cables have been replaced and even changed ethernet port. We did figure out the password was Fiery.1 but this logs us into Fiery setup and we see no option or function to print a config page. We have cried uncle and have placed a PAID service call to Canon (as we are no longer under maintenance agreement on this older machine.

Thank you again for the help!

I either get in there right away on boot up or flip the switch again.

Keep in mind the cable from the Fiery to the NIC needs to be a crossover cable. From the LAN to the Fiery is a standard Cat-5.
