I am working on a IR2000 wit a check printer cover error and am having a tuff time getting rid of it.
Is there a way to find out which cover it is getting an error on?
I am seeing no physical damages on any switches or any trash in them.

Open little lower door on the left side and close it little bit stronger.
Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
Service mode is a joke on this model. I would go checking for 24 volts, if that is interrupted you often get a message about a open door, as opening a door kills the 24 volts. Check around for 24 volts, likely missing somewhere.
It has been a while but if you have to pull a cover to get to the drum check in back where the arm makes contact with the switch. I had a couple of those. It could be that cover or the lower door. Usually the cover where you pull back to access drum. The metal arm/tab does not push on the switch. You just bend it so it does. I do not know of a way to find out which door. Old technology.
