Canon IR ADV 8105 Error 001-002 when print B5

Dear ALL,
I would like to request your help for my Canon IR ADV 8105.
When I print A4 size paper from my Canon 8105, the printer is fine. (no error)
But when I print B5/A4R/Legal size paper, the thermistor error E001-002 come out.
Please help me to solve that problem.

what about the heat roller ? is it OEM ? make sure its genuine heat roller or not .

But Upper Fuser Roller is Compatible New.

Had this same problem 2 years ago when I bought my first ir 8105 you need a OEM upper fuser to work properly, compatible upper fuser will not work, what i did is buy used OEM upper fuser roller and had a company Re Teflon coat the used upper fuser rollers, suggestion buy OEM lower fuser roller if it wears out,
compatible parts will not last long.
