ir adv 4051 paper jam

hi friends.

I have Canon Ir adv 4051 and jam in inner finisher D1 paper output, happens when you take a reasonable amount, for example 1 or 2 copy does not jam, 5 copies or more jams crashes,
only on A4 size paper. Letter,A4R not jam and A4 two side does not frequently jammed.

well what have you tried?
what does your service manual say could be the issue
what are the life counts on parts?

hi,
-fix film is new but not original
-roll fusion is new but not original
-cassete pickup rolls is new and original
-paper is heated in 40C best quality 75g/m2
-all rolls is clean
in service manual did not find anything about it
by the photo looking the paper like it just folds the right side
inner finisher D1 is disassembled and cleaned

solved, it was broken at least it stopped jamming, 29- FE2-1648-000 SPRING, LEAF0205_001.pdf,
