    I have identified the sensor under the drum .. Lowering the sensor the REG value is 0 .. Leaving the sensor the value is 1 .. So it means that it works?

    if you do not use it, try to remove

    Should I remove it completely or is there a connector of that sensor on the card that I can unplug?

    So, if it's good.Continue with next sensor. Try to change it's state

    Keep in mind the original paper assemblies in these were designed wrong. They were revised a few times and there was a tech pub about needing to replace BOTH paper feeds because the new design broke the timing on the lower cassette. Like said above, not worth your time or anyone else's time or money.
