    Canon cleaning web

On our C10000 VP Imagepress we had a code to replace the primary and secondary cleaning webs. Which we did. But even after doing so it is still saying "Replace primary and secondary cleaning webs." Is there some code or process that we need to get through to get running again? We have shut down and re-started the machine several times but keep getting this message. Thanks for any help.

    Service Mode> Copier> Counter> DRBL-1. Clear the counters for FX-WEB, and reboot.
