IRADVC5051 0108 Jams

Had a problem with another machine like this throwing 0107 jams. The fixing assembly was causing those.

Now I have one giving 0108 jams. Manual says delay jam to PS41 First delivery sensor. Only when doing

double sided. Tested the fixing assembly in my shop machine and it works fine. Any ideas?

Seen it before.

Remove the 2nd/3rd Delivery section, and I think you'll find the Reverse Sensor Flag that actuates PS39 is probably out of place.

I switched out that 2nd/3rd delivery unit and it seems to have solved the problem. It didn't appear
that the sensor flag was out of whack but I will inspect it further. Thanks!!

One of the rollers that is belt driven in 2/3 unit I have found the gear skips on the belt. Sometimes the shaft is out but most times not. I do not know if the belt stretches or what the issue is. I don't get any other stretched belts so not sure. I have access to a bunch of trade ins so I do what you did is swap them and problem fixed . Have had 3 in last year.
