The buffer pass unit is unplugged.
Did you just purchase the machine?
If so then it DID have a finisher at some stage but they removed the buffer pass unit and forgot to change the setting under "ACC" in SERVICE MODE.

I've got same problem in same machine.
It probalbly was machine with finisher unit some time ago, but currently is without finisher, ACC in service mode OUT-TRAY set "0", surely no paper stuck, and constantly same information "remove..."
    where to look for solution?

    Do the following :
    1. Enter Service mode by *28*
    2. Hit Copier
    3. Hit Option
    4. Hit ACC
    5. Hit Out-Tray and set to a 1
    6. Hit the OK button
    7. Power the unit off/on with the main power switch on the right hand side of the unit.

Or, do you have an internal finisher built in?
If so check the Lower Limit Sensor PI9.
In case its faulty here is the part Number for PI 9 is WG8-5696-000.

I found a solution. It was black piece of plastic missing which caused all the problems
