IR7105 'Mode settings can be entered' alarm

Hello guys please help with challenge!
When switched ON, the machine seems to warm-up normally and the temperature rise can be monitored in Service Mode to reach FIX-C 200^ and FIX-E 192^ . The machine will then prime and enter the STANDBY cycle without change the display to READY. The display remains displaying 'Mode settings can be entered' continuously.

I tried checking connectors on both machine side and the Fixing/Transfer Assembly but they happen to look normal. As well I could read some sensor signals from <COPIER> <IO> <DC-CON>.

Please help on this and thanks in advance!

The first thing I would check is the stapler. I remember troubleshooting this years ago and being stumped. Seems that the stapler can be empty and cause this very issue. The fact that the fuser is at normal temp indicates all is well with the machine. FYI: the current firmware is 80.62.

Thank you very much for the suggestions.

I isolated the finisher completely and the same symptoms persists which means could be something else.
As for firmware, installed one is ver 80.02 which I think is not too old.

Anymore suggestions from anyone is appreciated! Else, has anyone got TP on what bugs are solved with ver. 80.62?
