Sm/report/print/error log. How’s registration? Reg clutch has given me trouble. I assume copy comes all the way out or it would be exit sensor. Dumb question. Is paper size set for whatever is in the tray?

i have a canon ir 1024f always displaying paper jam after making a copy both from tray and bypass have tried changing sensors the problem is the some as soon as the paper reaches the exit sensor the red right 'll show and the paper 'll come out the display paper jam what could be the problem

You said you replaced the sensors, which ones? Most likely the sensor either just as the paper enters, or exits the fixing unit would be the culprit if a bad sensor.
Did you check the sensor flags going into and coming out of the fixing unit hanging up?
Is the image correctly centered each time?
