    IRADV C5035 copy problem

    Hi, what problem actually occur when i copy 1 or 2 sides, the doc image is skew as attachment below.. i tried to to enter factory value in sv mode, adjust>feed adj but still wont work. Is this mechanical problem or just setting? This only happen when do copying or scanning. Print is fine

    Do you have a problem when using an adf or glass?

    The paper does not travel smoothly through the adf.
    Check the paper path, check adf hinge, pickups ...
