I have a customer that claims that Canon Canada Direct operations has provided them with "Canon Print Assist". The only thing I can find on it comes from Canon Australia and only pertains to inkjet printers. They are insisting that they will only buy from us if we, or the devices, support this service. We dont sell inkjets, only imagerunner advanced products.
What is this? Is the customer snowing us?

Canon Australia has responded by launching Canon Print Assist, a new service which helps people “set up, connect and print less painfully.”
The service includes a range of helpful features including step-by-step online tools, video tutorials, a helpline open 7 days a week during business hours, streamlined in-box assistance and specialized brochures for each printer model which outline its key features.
In addition, Canon Print Assist “includes highly trained in-store Print Assist specialists and easy to understand retail displays to make the purchase experience simple.”
