Canon iradv 6055 scan problem

Dears,
i have faced a weird problem occured after my client upgrade his desktops to windows ten, the scan to folder didnt work ,or seen the workgroup ,tried many things
firewall off
antivirus off

Two 6055 have and 1 canon iradv c3325 ,the color machine appeard on the. 2 desktops only the 6055 not appeared , (it was worked on win 8)

This has been covered since WIN 10 came out.. you might even see it doing it on WIN 7 machines..

There should be a special firmware available to fix this issue.

I heard that theres firmware update ,will be thankful if some one sent it 😄
