I have Canon iR3300, and have set the paper tray to A4R, but after scanning the print copy comes out in A4 orientation, the same is with the Legal Paper size, what can i do to solve this?

Is Auto Orientation on in additional functions?
Are u scanning from DF ?

Did you notice the image quality? And you're not very concerned about that? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Customer is running letter R and the copy is coming out on letter, how to correct this for the customer ?
Turn auto orientation off. Additional Functions > Copy Setting > Auto Orientation = off
