IRC2880 A3 cassette Jamming

Hi Guys,
My IRC2880 jamming all paper size into the second cassette.
I have checked paper size sensor, but it's look like dectection jamming too fast.
The paper go out but it stop with no raisons (only jamming message) ...
have you got any ideas?

on the screen what is the message?

explain this " The paper go out but it stop with no raisons "

paper go out (of the tray?)
but it stop (WHERE?)

what are the paper tray size/weight/orient set for ?

Please upload config page showing paper tray config & picture of the jam in the machine

how many pages total on machine?

what service has been done/not done?

I can't explain, all signals sames to be good, the paper go out and stop before arrive to PS 26

It's the same probleme with all paper size and orientation.

If the jam occurs before it gets to PS26, then it means just the lead edge go out, the full length of the paper does not go out right?

Start with new pickup rollers.
Visually inspect inside cassette 2.
Swap torque limiter with cass. 1.

Sorry for my long time response, I had broken my LCD panel...
The best is the enemy of the good :'(

I think I have found the problem.

If I push up the metal with the spring, it works.

How can I solve it?
I had used the "Print Roller Cleaner and restorer" (Platenclene PCL 100)

Start with new pickup rollers.

Different model.The same rollers.

Parts Catalog > Canon > iR4570 > page 30

Your rollers are the old type very unreliable.

Replace the rollers with these part numbers:

FB6-3045-000
FC0-5080-000
FC0-6661-000
