IRA C2220 Not pick up tray one jam 0105

Hi all,

Bit stuck on this one, C1 not picking up, the roller doesn’t turn at all.

Also intermittently the tray will show full when the cassette is empty.

Removed C1 feed unit all looked ok nothing broken etc.

If I turn the pick up roller half way shut the door it will rotate to home position OK.

Any bulletin I may have missed!?

Tray show full because paper level sensor says so. Flag may not be loose and gets stuck intermittently. For roller check condition of clutch or any component related to it.

Make sure you didn't get the roller for the iR Adv C2020/2030 machine by mistake. Those are not compatible with the iR Adv C2220/2230 machines, and vice-versa.

Wish it was that simple roller/sep pad 100% correct.

I’ve got a C1 feed unit on order.

replace the feed unit. if that doesn't work replace machine lol :P
