I replaced the tonner for cyan and after some few prints, this error code e000025-03c0 appeared. I believe it has to do with the tonner container or something. Any help?

Check the Black Toner Container Inner Cover Sensor PS16 in I/O P024 Bit 11 in service mode.

it didn't detect that the cyan toner had opened. you'll have to clear the error code in service mode to continue
