Page counters conflict Uniflow Vs Physical MFD

DEAR Team ,

One of my customer is using 10+ IR ADV series MFD with Uniflow . We are facing an issues with a counter mismatch ( physical counter Vs Uniflow count ) . the counter report what we have exported from uniflow system is lesser than what is in physical machine. The software counter control in the machine is 112 ,109( will consider A3 into 2XA4 B/W) , 124 ( will consider A3 into 2XA4 Color).

that is where on some brands I have noticed a discrepancy

have you set uniflow to count lgl and lgr at a higher click count?

Display counter on service mode :113 ;112 ;123 ;122
Then Count total = 113x1+112X2 +123 x1+ 122x2
