Canon iR3245 - Copy issue

It is a ramdom issue.

are the originals being pulled from the document feeder or is it being scanned from the glass or a print from the computer, and have you checked the cassette side guides

This is a copy and printing problem. Yes I had checked that.

Did you visually inspect drum,developer.....
Check laser shutter..

I had changed the laser unit. We´ll see if that is the problem.

Respondo 3 años tarde.....Pero comento mi caso por si vale de algo.
Eso me ocurrió a mi, y me volví loco....daba además error e197 de láser....pero nada lo soluciono hasta que cambié el tambor.
En fin, ahí lo dejo.
