Restricting Color Prints From Canon IRA C5255

Hi Guys,
I have a customer that wants to not allow color prints from all computers...is there a way to restrict color prints only from the machine itself instead of going to all work stations?

There are workers who abuse their job descriptions.

Especially when boss is vacant, that's why I need restrictions.

Big cost difference between 4Color printing/copying & Black only. 👀

I had a customer.. small Baptist Church.

the bosses brother (prick) talked them into a Ricoh 435 ( i think)

the church ONLY printed ONE color logo on their 8.5x14" 2 page bulletin 100 total pages every week *single side* 1st page counted as color ..2nd mono

after 1month they had exceeded their contract (500 pages **boss wanted every sheet 8.5x14 count as 1 page**) by the 2nd month
they had racked up 1500$!

They caught the 'cleaning lady' the 2nd month (due to OUR trail cams in the room) making hundreds of "yard sale" and " lost pet " flyers FOR HER OWN GAIN!

She was fired... we talked them into Selective Print Rights...

their bill NEVER went over Contract (always below)!
