Canon ADV iR C5035 - sending issues

Have a new customer that we moved a Canon ADV iR C5035 from another location. WE installed it and made it print but it will not send emails. It was working just fine at the other location so I know the copier is OK. They are using a Windstream Wi-Fi Modem T3200. When sending it keeps coming up with a SSL send TX error. I called Windstream and they told me that the copier is not supported and we needed a Enterprise copier? I have been doing this a long time and never hear this one! I know it is not the copier, has anyone ever dealt with Windstream? Looking for solutions. Called them back and told them what I was trying to do and set up and the guy hung up on me.

The customer is using Gmail and I have set the smtp.gmail.com, the port number is 465. Nothing has changed but it will not send.

if you go into the send log and click on details, should have a hash with a number, you can look that code up and will tell you whats wrong. You say you have moved the machine, so are the network settings correct, dns etc?

Yes the network setting are correct. Set the IP, gateway, DNS, etc.
