IPF8300 trow error 2f43 after paper jam 2F13

Hi,
I;m looking for help again for my cursed IPF8300.
Yesterday I tried to print some canvas and for some reason carriage hung over the canvas returning 2F13.
I turned off left 2 mins and ON again, started automaticaly to clean printheads and after long time trowed error 2f43.
If I try to print something or to do a nozzle check the carriage is moving abnormally, is going to one side, stay there for 1 min then come back, stay one min and so on.
If I load a cut sheet when is measuring the paper for some reason is smearing the paper.

you have a buildup of ink from the jam.
did you properly define the canvas as the print media? sounds like you didn't since the head jammed over the media.

Yes, the canvas is registered into printer menu with head height highest and suction strongest but for some reason was a jam there.

Any idea if I replace both printheads will sove the problem?
I read over the Google someone else with same machine and similar ink problem, replaced both printheads but no luck...

I can make a video with what exactly is happening if is needed but I'm afraid to not burn cariage PCB or motherboard due to faulty printheads

looks like your paper buckled and your carriage unit crashed into the paper and possibly damaged one or both of the printheads.

What do you think? Replacing both printheads will fix it? Or I should expect for more parts to replace...?

From service manual at 2f42 I have:
"When the result of non-ejection detection is as follows:Complete non-ejection (640 nozzles) of EVEN line or ODD line.
・Error code assuming broken flexible cable or contact failure (data line)"

Complete non-ejection since heads dropping ink This is strange.
To broke flexible cable from a paper jam this is strange again.

I replaced both printheads and now the problem is solved.
