Sirs, may I know the cause and solution of these heavy lines on printout of my Ir 3570 (see attached picture). I ruled out the drum unit and developer as the culprit, because these function well in other machine. Thanks in advance.

Do you hear clicking during printing?
You can try to swap the laser.
Check the drum contacts. A pin can be damaged.

None, no clicking was heard. Will try swapping the laser unit. Thanks.
