Canon IR C5800 Department ID Problem

I have a refurbished IR C5800. While working on getting it setup for network printing, I mistakenly enabled the use of Department IDs. Now the copier is asking for a Department ID and Password. I cannot get past this screen. I have no idea what Department IDs are in the machine. Is there any way I can get back to turn off the Department IDs?

I think if you went into service mode ,Function,Clear,PWD that should disable or delete all the ids

I did a * 17 39 * and cleared out all the RAM. It appears that it has completely reset the machine to factory defaults.
