    ImageRunner Advance C7570i Doc Feed Dog Earing

    Hey Guys,
    Anyone see this before. Got a brand new C7570i that's dog earing top right corner every time?

    where does it dog ear?

    have you done "stop tests" during: Feed - transport - image - fusing - exit?

    what have you done?

    The reverse assembly on most do that. FM1-L219-010 on that one. But on a new one I would pull it. Takes about a half an hour if you have done it before. I used to replace that and reverse door assembly but on the c750 I did, I think it was overkill. Brand new maybe scrap of paper. They can go 500k to a couple million. I had a C750 I could not see the scrap of paper until I pulled it, but it was jamming. Every time you can stop it to see. Try off glass and through doc feed. One is face down and one is face up. If I see a dog ear I automatically order one. Most of the time I can not see visually what the issue is.

    If it is full page color the only way I can fix that is increase the void on the side it is catching on. I have a print shop that has many issues.
