    Canon IRA C350IF light Black Copies/Prints/faxes

    Hi guys,I have a bus company that has a canon IRA C350IF that makes light black and white copies, the color is a little off too says the customer...like when she highlights things they come out purple or reddish....any ideas?

    Check the K drum. On this model the drums tend to go light and the K drum will drag some of the other colors down. Basic image formation 101.
