IR-ADV400 Developer Issues

Hi All

Got a bit of a curly one

IR-ADV400 that’s got some issues with half toning leaving streaks on A4 Paper / Half-toning

we have changed:

developer - brand new
drum - brand new
t/fer roller in right hand side door - brand new
static eliminator in right hand side door
hv power pack (replaced)
cleaned lasers
cleaned hv contacts in machine, stripped and cleaned laser glass with alcohol / water mix

only affects half tones though and when printing

any idea where to go now as we have replaced a few parts, which has improved issue but not to a great degree.

How does the image look at the drum if you do a forced stop ?

I will ask the tech if they did the force stop drum check, I am on the managed helpdesk posting on their behalf but this machine has been a headache
1730 and 400i machines are usually very good BW workhorses, not much goes wrong

Hey all
Issue was toner behind the t/roller in side door
thick crust of toner, cleaned it up, changed t/roller again and all sweet
definitely a tricky one!
