I di not see yellow on belt but I see on developer and drum area

did you do a STOP test ( half test )

you have to do it while machine is trying to lay down toner on page

If Yellow toner is on drum but it is not on transfer belt ,
it means toner cant transfer from drum on transfer belt,
and it may be cause:



1-Yellow primery transfer roller inside Image transfer belt


2-Charging High voltage of Yellow primery transfer roller


3-DC Controller board

Many thanks for your advise. For the point 1, It was replaced with new one, unfrotunately, the result is still not ok. Meanwhile for point 2 and 3, I have not check yet. I should be glad if you do not mind if you can advise me the part number and link where I can buy this part since no canon IRC 5235 part can be found in my country,
