Yellow colour is missing when printing on Canon IR Adv C5235

Hello Dear All,

I have problem with my copier Canon IRA C5235 where the yellow color or the picture contents yellow will not printed on the paper. I have select mode one color, that is yellow, the result is blank meanwhile for other such cyan, blue etc is ok.
I have already replaced new yellow developer than the result is still blank. I also check in service menu by pressing *28* then check for the part check, the result is ok. I found some thing wrong when go to Function, Misc-P--> Misc-P --> AT-IMG-X reported NG!

did you clean the toner supply area?
did you verify that the laser is working...

check the coupling on the yw dev assy, its like a mini propeller , they can break or come loose so you get no drive to the dev

I agree, take out the process unit, check the Yellow dev drive coupling compare it to the other drives they do break.

Did you mean hoper and botle base assembly area? I did not clean this area. It's look clean.
I checked laser by pressing *28* then ---> System level 2 ---Laser then LD-ADJ-Y then i heard sound indicated laser was working then the result is OK for each color.
-----System level 1 ---> DPC--> DRMSETY ---> OK others are OK
-----System level 1 ---INSTAL-INISETY check developer --->OK
-----System level 1 --->MISC P--> AT-IMG-X ----> NG!
I did for followings,
Replacing new Y developer --> yes
Replacing new opc drum --> Yes
Replacing new belt transfer ---> Yes

did you clean the toner supply area?
did you verify that the laser is working...

I check the developer by using *28* System level 1--INISETY--Check developer the result OK. Then I open process unit, I saw toner go down to developer and this new developer has yellow toner at magnetic roller.

Yes everything from bottle to dev inlet.. it might seem like its putting toner in dev..may not be enough

Dear Friend,

Before install new developer, I did not se any yellow color or magnet powder onf magnetic roller sruface. After install it, and do intial developer in service menu (*28)* tehe resuli--> ok. I open process unit then I saw the all surface of magnetic roller filled by both magnetic powder and toner be spread evenly ( proportional). I diassmbky the developer to check coupling then comapre with another deveoper, It same and trying to rotate it, developer's coupling work properly.

I agree, take out the process unit, check the Yellow dev drive coupling compare it to the other drives they do break.
