Sorry I am poor in English, Actually Error Code E-004-0010, shows that time IH Board Fuse blows So i changed the IH Board, after changing IH Board, Machine Booting and it shows ready to copy then restarts automatically
Pull the memory_clean ends_re-seat.
Check the Fuser Harness on Printer Side.

Sorry For Delayed reply and Thank you teckat, check as you said and then the RAM changed, and all the connectors checked again, the restart issue is OK, But Blank copy With No Errors.
Po-count 1 makes dark copy, Po Count 0 makes light copy, belt checked It is correct. The Primary Corona assembly changed, Potential Sensor unit also changed, The drum polish is just outstanding.
