Question New install IPC6010 error E866-202-11

As subject says. We mostly deal with Xerox and KM kit these days, so i need a little help with this Canon issue.
New machine to us, decommisioned by Canon, was working at previous location!
When the POD Deck A1 is connected we get this error: E866-202-11. According to the service manual it errors on the lower drawer. Check disconnection/connection to Control Panel Driver PCB connector J2151
Problem is we are not able to find this connector, and don´t know the location of the PCB.
We only have the Service manual for the main unit. So anybody able to point me to the right PCB and connector, or anyone experienced this before? A service manual for the POD A1 would also be helpfull

    /Morten

Re: New install IPC6010 error E866-202-11

    New Update:
Tried to swap all drawer related prints between the lower and middle drawer to see if the error code moved.. Nothing changed.
Connected another POD-A1 paper deck and got the same E866-202-11 error with the other paper deck.!!?
    Changed BNC cable.. same error.

Messed around in the - Copier - option - Accpst-p --- and now it dosen't even recognize the POD deck
i forgot to note the values before messing around.

Is anybody able to point me in the right direction, i both need the numbers for the Accpst-p
A service manual for the A1 would also be nice…

I am about to give up on this freaki'n Canon !!#¤%

    E866, 0202

Check J7969, an in-line connector going to the Lower Deck Indicator Driver PCB.
This connector is located behind the cover on the right side of the lower deck when pulled out of the POD.
It may be disconnected or the pins may be making poor contact.

E866-0202 Error Code at Power On

    Example of Testing
The Lower Deck Indicator Driver PCB (PCB804) was swapped with the Middle Deck Indicator Driver PCB (PCB 704) but the sub code did not change.

    An on-site example find-------
The POD Deck-A1 was connected to a Surge Protector that was not functioning properly.

The resolution was to plug the POD Deck-A1 directly to the AC wall outlet and remove the Surge Protector.

Thumbs up Re: New install IPC6010 error E866-202-11

Thanks to both fchu5959 and Teckat for excellent advice!

It ended up being the j7969 connector I apparently didn't check it properly the first time... now pushed all the way in and POD deck online
