canon ir 7095 white line

hi guys need some help here .my canon ir 7095 print or copy document is okay.but if print full image will come out white line.i have swipe corona and primary charger but still the same .any suggestion will be very grateful.

yup.line remain in same position.i swipe other primary and corona charger but the line still available.

As the previous poster mentioned you should check the laser area and I would say clean the laser dust proof glass first, assuming the white line is in the print direction ———————- and not the scan direction which would be from top to bottom of the page as it leaves the machine and you look down on it.
