Lovely friday gents, docs, scholars, hacks, and techs.
What method or and what do you use to clean the white panels? Seems i just make it worse.

Are you talking about cleaning them in a bath during a refurb or general cleaning in situ? I don’t do refurbs as I’m a field tech and I use foam cleaner generally with WD40 for stubborn marks. I am sure plain soap and water soaking for refurbs but workshop techs that do this everyday would probably know better.
Mr. Clean¯¯® Magic Erasers.
We use these for any and all brands on the white covers. Has done the best out of anything.
I'm a fan of Fast505. Any marks remaining after the Fast505 come off with paraffin lamp oil.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've tried this, but the texture on the surface becomes uneven. Spot cleaning is preffered.Mr. Clean**¯¯® Magic Erasers.

For GENERAL cleaning, 409, Green Magic... pretty much any "All Purpose Cleaner" will do the job.
For stubborn scuff marks/shoe prints etc. the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works wonders.
...and for that REALLY stubborn mark that nothing else seems to touch, I spray a little Rubber Rejuvenator on a shop towel and that usually takes care of it. I always spray it with 409 afterwards just to clean off any of the oily residue left behind.
Ammonia-Free glass cleaner ALWAYS!! The coating on modern copier glass can get damaged by ammonia based cleaners.
