Yellow color Missing

Dear Team,

We have a strange issue with IRC2220i . it is not printing only Yellow colour and all other three colours are fine irc 2220i PG-min.jpg

my team had tested with working consumables on this machine . but still the issue is persist

1. Replaced the Yellow Dv unit
2. Replaced the LSU
3. Replaced ITB
4. Ensure the laser shutter is working


could you please guide and advise me what would be the way forward

You might have to replace the Main Drive Assembly
