Canon NP 6330 Reset web count

Hey guys,

We have an NP 6330 that has an E-005 error come up, and we are now trying to reset the web count. I've got the count up (Using Service -> 6 -> OK -> 619), and we just need to clear it. I think it was just over the 250k count, and im sure that its a new web.

Any ideas ? Input would help, we aren't able to find our old service manuals for this machine, and there doesn't seem to be much in digital format on the machine on the sites i know of.

EDIT: My senior tech managed to get it cleared. He didn't seem too sure on how, but it matters that he did. Heh

I hope this help==COUNTER MODE [6] Follow these steps.
To start counter mode,press '6' (KEYPAD)and then OK Key in sequence.
TO select an item,press the number (keypad)and then OK key in sequence.
TO initialize the counter,select the appropiate item;then press the user mode key and the ok key in sequence .
To delete an item,press the clear key'
A press on the copy Start key while the service mode description is being shown start copying operation.
At '250,000'error code E005 will be indicated.E005 will be cleared when the counter ('619')is cleared.
