    4225i Stuck on boot

'm hoping you might be able to help me with an issue i'm having with 4235i.

it was not connecting to emaintenence and when i checked all the settings were correct but still not communicating so i decided to reset the emaintenece connection settings by running [Copier>Option>Clear and now my screen is stuck in a loading (sperm line) and will not boot to the home screen.

How do i get inot service mode at boot up?

I have only been able to hit service mode without fully booting up on a couple occasions. The task bar has to be about 2/3,3/4 across the screen or the device won't hit service mode as it hasn't completed enough to do so.

I wouldn't clear anything for that kind of situation, would have looked at running a com test.
