on my canon ir 2016 tells "drum not set insert drum" i have checked the and change the whole drum unit still tells the same message, and then i have changed the sensor the message still appear pls tell how can isolve this problem

Check & clean the high voltage contact to the drum unit

Check the ribbon cable between the DC Controller and the HVT PCB
