Hi, you should be more specific.
Does the printer have an imagepass p2 server?
What type of driver is installed on the PC (pcl, ufr or ps).
Do not forget to put fixed ipv4 and dns addresses on the computers and download the most current and appropriate driver from the official Canon website

The Print driver is UFR II and static IP is being used. I will be going there tomorrow and will look at the configuration then I will follow up. Currently they are printing anything other than MS Word or Excel documents ok. I'm leaning toward driver glitch.

I will check if there is a conflict tomorrow and follow up. I will unplug the network cable and try to ping the address if I get a reply then there is a conflict. The print condition seems to be only MS Word and Excel Docs but it prints Outlook emails ok.

Hello, if the printer has the printing kit, you could make prints with the pcl6 or ps driver, to see if it presents the same error with the UFR driver

UFR II driver is installed which is the same driver across a network of 10 of these IRC5550i's with no issues. This machine is a version 1 IRC5550i but others are the same version.

I loaded firmware on another thumb that has worked fine in the past and now it took the upgrade ok. Thumb drive/file issue resolved.

I also upgraded the print driver from Canon's latest UFR II driver and all types of documents print fine now. Once I realized the customer can't print from certain types of documents but others are fine I knew that it must be a print driver issue.
