Hello, if the printer has the printing kit, you could make prints with the pcl6 or ps driver, to see if it presents the same error with the UFR driver
I loaded firmware on another thumb that has worked fine in the past and now it took the upgrade ok. Thumb drive/file issue resolved.
I also upgraded the print driver from Canon's latest UFR II driver and all types of documents print fine now. Once I realized the customer can't print from certain types of documents but others are fine I knew that it must be a print driver issue.
